500g baby new potatoes, cut in half lengthways
400g canned chopped tomatoes
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1tbsp dried thyme
100g feta cheese, crumbled
300g pack Tesco lamb leg steaks
Preheat the panggangan to gas 6, 200C, 180C fan. Toss potatoes with 1tbsp olive oil and place in a roasting tin. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 20 minutes.
Remove the potatoes from the panggangan stir in the chopped tomatoes, garlic and thyme.
Top the lamb steaks with the crumbled feta cheese and lay on top of the potatoes. Bake for another 15 minutes.
